Empoderadas Gym provides members 24/7 access to a private, clean and secure gym where they can feel safe and comfortable during their workouts. All fitness and skill levels are welcome!
Try our variety of machines, free weights and other equipment. Workout on your own at any time, or join our growing community of women for group classes or 1-on-1 training with our partnered certified personal trainers.
This gym is a sanctuary where women can put themselves first, feel strong, and feel confident in anything they do without feeling judged or insecure.
We are here to support you and help you grow the empowered woman inside of you. Our team is honored to see members grow not only in their gym journey, but also mentally and emotionally through the power of fitness.
